These days there are so many songs with sinister messages and undertones here is one among a handful that I find truthful and inspirational.
Fumbling his confidence
And wond’ring why the world has passed him by
Hoping that he’s meant for more than arguments
And failed attempts to fly, fly
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
Somewhere we live inside
Somewhere we live inside
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
Somewhere we live inside
Dreaming about providence
And whether mice or men have second tries
Maybe we’ve been livin with our eyes half open
Maybe we’re bent and broken, broken
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
Somewhere we live inside
Somewhere we live inside
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
Somewhere we live inside
We want more than this world’s got to offer
We want more than this world’s got to offer
We want more than the wars of our fathers
And everything inside screams for second life
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
We were meant to live
We were meant to live

Intelligent energy?
No Energy can be created or destroyed only changed
That’s what is said of course
Well what or who was the source?
What or who was the original type?
There is “one” who dwells in unapproachable light
Who is seated above the heights
Permeating all things
Seen and unseen
However what is said
Is sight is supreme
H’mm?
Has sight ever seen?
What pushes the stream?
It was once said that the smallest unit
of energy visible was indivisible
Before long this was proven wrong
It seems that what we think is not dissectible
Only becomes more and more undetectable
Yet human reasoning says…
“Rest assured everything can still be measured
What cannot be brought to bear
Is simply just not there”
Well, the presence of an invisible intelligence
In light of the evidence

Gary Jones Harris
Is hard to speak out against
However,
With the use of clever,
Misinformation
And
Disinformation…
Faith, inspiration, intuition, and spiritual wisdom
Become ostracized and…
Only what can be seen and understood through,
Human reasoning,
Get presented as bona fide
Truth however must be sought as one who digs a well
Still doesn’t ring a bell
Still feel that evolution can never fail?
Well, crack the shell
And do tell
Whether or not you see intelligent design
Inside of the cell.

As a christian I do not subscribe to Buddhism but there are concepts within this book that can inspire christian warriors in their walk with God. I previously posted Ephesians 6:10 regarding spiritual warfare and the full armor of God this there is much to be learned regarding this.
The Book of Five Rings
The Book of Five Rings is perhaps the most famous text on Japanese sword fighting and the Way of the Warrior. Written by Musashi Miyamoto at the end of his distinguished life, the book can be read on multiple levels, (i.e. spiritually) providing insight to both beginners and more experienced readers. Recording the learnings from Musashi’s Ichi Ryu Ni Ten (One Way Two Swords) school of fighting, the book provides detailed descriptions of sword and martial art techniques while developing the theme of strategy on a deeper level.

YOU’VE HEARD IT A MILLION TIMES: You need calcium to prevent osteoporosis. But a lack of this mineral means more than weak bones, says Robert P. Heaney, M.D., a calcium researcher and member of the Osteoporosis Research Center at Creighton University in Omaha, Neb. Key organs and bodily functions, like your heart and metabolism, need calcium to operate at their best. Yet only 21 percent of us are getting the recommended amount of calcium, according to federal government statistics.
Here are five important but little-known ways that getting more calcium can improve your health. For specifics on how much you need to achieve these benefits, see “How Much Calcium Do I Need?” page 55.

Calcium helps keep the weight off.
Research suggests that if you don’t get enough calcium in your diet, you’re likely to be overweight, Heaney says. Of course, it’s possible to be overweight even if you do get plenty of calcium, but Heaney points out that an adequate supply appears to make it easier to maintain a healthy weight

While at your 40 hour distraction
You must learn to perfect your reactions
to those who lack understanding, and have conniving intellect
These only seek to cause an effect
Such folly you must learn to deflect
The effects of these types are obviously toxic
Though some wish they would stop it
This has no affect on the mind of a gossip.
Gossip in business and the work place, abound, expect it, deflect it.
Comments welcome and encouraged.

This is one of the pillars of human family structure, please join me in upholding this concept.
Ephesians 6:1
1Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2″Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— 3″that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”[a] 4Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

Ephesians 6:10-18 (New International Version)
The Armor of God
10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

Benefits of Tea
Numerous studies have demonstrated the anti-cancer properties of antioxidant polyphenols. Some studies have suggested that tea’s polyphenols may reduce the risk of gastric, esophageal and skin cancers, if one consumes 4 to 6 cups daily. Another study showed that just 2 cups of tea may lower the risk of ovarian cancer by 46 percent in women. Other studies have found that polyphenols help prevent blood clotting and lower cholesterol levels. One Japanese study found that green tea lowers death rates from heart disease.
Tea: Black, Green, White or Oolong?
Black, green, white, and oolong teas derive their leaves from a warm-weather evergreen tree known as Camellia sinensis. The leaves from this tree contain polyphenols. The more processing tea leaves undergo, the darker they will turn. Green tea and white tea are the least processed tea. They are simply steamed quickly. According to Dr. Doug Balentine, Director of Nutrition Health with Lipton, white tea is derived from the young new leaves from the Camellia plant in early spring. These young leaves contain no chlorophyll, so they are silvery white. Black and oolong teas are partially dried, crushed and fermented. As we have mentioned before, regardless of the processing method, black, green, white and oolong teas all contain polyphenols. In fact, tea ranks as high as or higher than many fruits and vegetables in the ORAC score, a score that measures antioxidant potential of plant-based foods.

Dine Sublime
Can you see them, can you see the signs.
You can see them in movies, commercials, and daily life,
But the best way is to research ancient times.
Rest assured what you uncover will come under fire
by cynical minds.
“The Word” (the sword of the spirit that is) I find,
confirms and is supported by history of all kinds.
People, places, times, events, cultures, and civilizations,
are all encoded within the lines.
So….
Let the cynics remain with their thoughts maintained.
On historical truth I encourage you to dine.
Historical truth is sublime.
Forward vision is incomplete
hind-sight is where past and present meet.
Our society is now… however, true awareness
occurs when one questions
“What was then ?”
Or “what happen when?”
Not just “what’s happening now?”
So I encourage you dine sublime, and look behind,
for what’s behind always escapes the mind.
Perspective:
Historical truth like fruits and vegetables
should be the basis of our diet.
